Interlibrary Loan (ILL) does not support proxy patrons, which would allow someone other than the account holder to place requests on the account holder's behalf.
The account used to borrow an ILL book or video will be the one held responsible for the item's timely return. And if the item is NOT returned or is damaged the account used to borrow the item will be responsible for replacement and all associated costs like late fees.
Library staff strongly recommends that each patron makes their own ILL requests, rather than borrow items on someone else's behalf.
